I scheduled my follow-up appointment right after my visit, which shows how confident I am in his care. One aspect that I think could be improved is the appointment scheduling; I noticed there was a brief wait before I was seen, even though I arrived on time. What a great experience! Dr. Javier is knowledgeable and attentive. He made sure to address all my concerns and even provided some valuable tips for my overall health. The only thing I would suggest is maybe having a few more magazines in the waiting area.

Dr. Javier took the time to listen to my concerns without rushing me at all. He answered all my questions in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. I also liked that he didn't just focus on the symptoms; he wanted to understand the root cause of my issues and discussed a comprehensive plan for my health moving forward. The only minor hiccup was a slight delay in my appointment time, but I can understand how that happens in a busy practice. It didn’t affect my overall experience, though.
